Access Surveys (DDA)
To help you to comply with your responsibilities under the Equalities Act and add value to your business ensuring high quality staff and members of the public can gain access to your facilities Salvus can offer a range of services including access surveys. We gather vital information about access requirements including those related to the premises themselves, the people who may come onto the premises, traffic routes and routes in the event of an emergency.
General Building Surveys
Our access surveys will give you important information to enable you to meet your requirements of making reasonable adjustments. These are particularly useful before you procure a new building or facility, undertake refurbishment or relocation or when you are wishing to attract groups of people with specific access needs.
Person Specific Surveys
We can also offer specific surveys for individuals or groups of individuals who are currently employed and which you do not wish to loose due to changing access requirements. We also work with SEN departments in schools to review and consider personal emergency evacuation plans. You can be sure that with a Salvus Survey you will be equipped with sufficient information to meet both your statutory requirements and fulfil the needs of those who may utilise your services. With our experiences of reviewing and producing emergency evacuation plans for London 2012 Paralympic Games we have the experience that you require. So whether you are a Local Council, factory or warehouse or preparing for a small or large scale event we are here to assist you.
