Local Authority

Salvus has and continues to provide, the ‘competent person’ services to  a number of Local Authorities, particularly essential when downsizing the ‘in house teams’ but still ensuring legal compliance.  With both the competent person role and numerous other services being provided in the sector Salvus has gained significant experience and understands the needs of Local Authorities.

Documentation & Management systems

We also support Local Authorities in undertaking / assisting to undertake, a full range of risk assessment and other surveys including; fire risk assessments for their building stock and can arrange for and facilitate asbestos and Legionella surveys.
