Documentation & Management systems
Development of Policies – Salvus will assist the Responsible Person and / or Duty Holder to prepare arrangements for organising fire safety matters, either within a health and safety policy or via the preparation of an independent fire safety policy.
Development of Fire Safety Strategies – our team will work closely with Designers and Architects, as well as the end user, to develop effective fire safety strategies based upon the premises, its design and operating systems, as well as the occupants.
Risk assessment, Inspections & Surveys
Fire Risk Assessments – working with the Duty Holders responsible team members we provide effective, suitable and sufficient, fire risk assessments and ‘sensible safety’ Action Plans to enable compliance with the law.
Inspections and Workplace Management – in addition to assisting in the preparation of fire risk assessments team members can undertake fire safety inspections, audits, and reviews. We will also provide assistance in the preparation of safe operating procedures for high risk areas such as the storage, handling, use and transportation of flammable materials and substances and hot work permit systems, amongst others.
Fire Investigation – with its experience and strategic partners the Salvus Team can provide assistance in conducting Fire Investigations, preparation of / review of reports and where necessary make representations on behalf of our clients to insurance companies.
