Salvus Consulting have developed a tailored course which can be focused upon a range of sectors. The tutorial team base the programme around the delegates working environment to subtly include the H&S management arrangements for each.

So whether you are working in; an office, warehouse, events & festivals, construction & maintenance, emergency response, or any other sector the course will take into account the working practices & management.

There are no ‘off the shelf’ programmes in the Salvus training directory.

Managing Safely

Our tailored IOSH approved Managing Safely programme( all programmes are tailored – not off the shelf) 4.5  or 5* day course are designed to provide Health & Safety training for line management and those who have the responsibility to manage safely and effectively, to comply with both the organisation’s policy and the legal requirements.

CDM Understanding the Regulations

A 1 day course designed to provide all those working within the Construction Sector or those undertaking construction or refurbishment work as part of their ongoing business development with an underpinning knowledge or refresher training on the CDM Regulations. Whether acting as Clients, Principal Designers, Designers, Principal Contractors or Contractors, this course is a must, for those involved in Construction Design and Management.

Based upon current legislation and best practice the programme also includes the provision of standard templates to assist the management of construction projects.

This one day theoretical & practical workshop is aimed at those who work in the construction sector – Designers,  Principal Designers, Design Managers, and all those involved in design.
It also assists Clients and Clients representatives involved with the
selection of the Design Team and Safety Advisors requiring an overview of Health & Safety in Design.

Fire Safety Risk Assessment Principles & Practice

A 2 day Seminar and Workshop aimed at Managers and Safety Practitioners who are responsible for conducting/reviewing Fire Risk Assessments. The course provides underpinning technical knowledge on the information that should be contained within a suitable and sufficient report & how to action the reports findings.

To compliment this programme a further day can be added to enable delegates to complete a practical basic fire risk assessment exercise.
