Aimed at highlighting the hazards in the 'Low Risk' Office environment!
This 1 day course provides the essentials for the legally required, Health & Safety training for all office workers, following on from their induction training.
Risk Assessments
Principles
A 1-day course aimed at those persons responsible for undertaking risk assessments in the workplace Completion of the course, which involves a short practical workshop, will provide delegates with an underpinning knowledge of these risk assessment techniques.
*a further ½ or 1 day workshop training day can be added to complete the training programme
Manual Handling
Practical Program
This ½ day course provides both theoretical and practical training in safe handling techniques for all workers, in a wide range of business sectors, from warehouses to offices. It includes practical demonstrations and delegate workshop.
Manual Handling Assessors Programme
Following on from the practical programme this additional ½ day course is designed for those responsible for conducting manual handling assessments.

Workstation Ergonomics - practical issues
This very popular ½ day course is aimed at all operators & users, to enable the DSE workstations to be set to their own specific needs as required by the DSE Regulations 1992(as amended) ensuring that employers comply with the legal requirement for staff training.
DSE Assessments
This ½ day course, should be undertaken following completion of the workstation ergonomics course and provides delegates with the skills to conduct DSE Assessments as required by the DSE Regulations 1992(as amended).
Control of Contractors

This 1 day course aims to provide managers/supervisors and those responsible for vetting contractors, to manage the safety of not only their own employees, but those of the contractor working on the premise.
Accident Investigation
Seminar and Workshop
This 1 day introductory course is aimed at all those responsible for investigating accidents within an organisation, whether as a safety professional, line manager or safety representative. The course provides training in understanding contributory factors, investigation techniques, and trend analysis, to prevent recurrence.
Principles and Practice
A 4½ day training course aimed at all levels of management who are involved with conducting incident and accident investigations. The course includes all the critical elements from the gathering and recording of evidence, interviewing, report preparation and presentation - a 'must' for all prospective investigators.
